Personal Training
Our personal training program is led by co-owner and head coach Sean Henry, who has been coaching for the past eight years. Sean is the coach that has been where you might be and has worked to make a stronger, healthier version of himself.
His personal training is open to lifestyle, powerlifting, and bodybuilding clients, or athletes wanting to improve their strength for their sport. In addition to leading clients through their training program, he also provides nutrition guidance that will support your goals.
LifeStyle
Lifestyle training is designed for anyone wanting to stay fit and healthy for longevity. There’s not a competition to train for except to be a healthier you for the long ride of life.
